NEW REWARDS PROGRAM FOR CYCLING TEAM SPONSORS

May 30, 2006 (Victoria, BC) – Aviawest Resorts is pleased to announce a new rewards program for sponsors and contributors to the Aviawest-Vega Cycling Team. Cash sponsors of the team will be eligible to enjoy free accommodations at some of the worlds finest resort locations thanks to Aviawest Resorts.

“Aviawest Resorts has access to some of the most spectacular resorts right here in BC and around the world,” said CEO Jim Pearson. “Many of us at Aviawest have athletic backgrounds, and we are very fortunate to now be in a position to give something back to the sport we love.”

Sponsors and contributors to Team Aviawest-Vega will be rewarded with up to one week of complimentary resort accommodations at Aviawest properties in location such as Hawaii, Mexico, Spain, Canada and the United States. For sponsors interested in making smaller contributions, reward stays are also available at the beautiful Aviawest resorts in Victoria, Vancouver and Pacific Shores Resort & Spa, located in Parksville, BC.

Aviawest Resorts was founded by the Pearson family of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The Pearson’s are the developers of Pacific Shores Resort & Spa, located in Parksville, BC. It was the success of this resort that prompted the creation of Aviawest Resort Club. Current Aviawest destinations include:
